Why is 304 stainless steel better than plastic bowls?
Plastic bowls scratch easily and harbor bacteria that can cause feline chin acne and infections. Food-grade 304 stainless steel is non-porous, rust-proof, hygienic, and 100% dishwasher safe.
Is the pump genuinely silent?
Yes. The low-voltage submersible pump runs below 30 decibels (quieter than a whisper). You will only hear the gentle, soothing sound of trickling water.
How often should I clean the fountain and replace filters?
We recommend rinsing the stainless steel bowl weekly. The multi-stage activated carbon filter should be replaced every 2 to 4 weeks depending on the number of pets.
What does the LED indicator light show?
The illuminated water window glows soft blue when the water level is sufficient. If water runs low, the pump automatically turns off to prevent motor dry-burning.
When will it arrive?
