Where we ship

We ship across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to PO Box addresses or outside the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum, no threshold and no surcharge at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay (£79.99).

Processing time

Orders are picked and packed at our London warehouse within 1–2 business days of payment clearing. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Once your order leaves our London warehouse, delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days via tracked UK delivery (Royal Mail / DPD Tracked). Total time from order to doorstep is usually 3 to 6 business days.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. We cannot change an address once a package has left the warehouse. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded minus the actual outbound shipping cost we incurred.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and its contents before unpacking further and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund you in full.

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, check with neighbours and your building office first, then contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If it has not yet been picked, we can usually stop it. Once it has shipped, the order must be handled as a return.
