Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of maktsltd.com and to any order you place through it. The site is operated by MAKTS LTD (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales trading as PurePaws. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. We ship within the United Kingdom only.

Products and descriptions

We describe our product as accurately as we can, including its dimensions, materials and intended use. The PurePaws Flow™ is a 4-litre food-grade 304 stainless steel automatic pet water fountain designed for indoor domestic pet hydration.

The product requires a standard USB power connection and periodic cleaning and filter changes as described in the provided user manual.

Prices and payment

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP, £) and shown on the product page. Tracked UK shipping is free on all orders.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an order is affected by an obvious error, we will contact you before charging you and you may cancel without penalty.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if we cannot verify the shipping address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after taking payment, we refund you in full.

Shipping and returns

Shipping timeframes and delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Warranty

We warrant that the product will be free from manufacturing defects when it arrives. If it is not, contact us within 30 days and we will replace or refund it.

Beyond that, the product is covered by our 12-month manufacturer defect warranty on the water pump mechanism under ordinary domestic usage.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Use of the site

You may not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape it at scale, or to attempt unauthorised access. We may block access where we detect abuse.

Intellectual property

The PurePaws name, the site’s text, photography and design are owned by MAKTS LTD. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.
