Why we made this

Most pet water solutions ask you to choose between two bad outcomes. Plastic fountains scratch easily and harbor bacterial biofilm that causes feline chin acne and infections, while stagnant water bowls quickly gather dust and hair, causing cats to chronically under-hydrate.

The solution is simple: veterinary-grade 304 stainless steel that is naturally non-porous and bacteria-resistant, combined with an ergonomic faucet stream that mimics fresh running water, and an ultra-quiet pump (<30dB). That is the mission behind PurePaws Flow™ — pure, flowing hydration made properly.

We believe in doing one thing exceptionally well rather than listing dozens of generic pet accessories. Every component is designed for pet health, easy dishwasher cleaning, and durability.

PurePaws™ is a brand of MAKTS LTD, a limited liability company registered in the laws of England and Wales. Orders ship from our warehouse in London, England.

We are a small operation. That means the person who answers your email is close to the person who packs your box, and that returns get handled by someone who can actually make a decision.
